Evaluation Support

Users evaluating ProjectTrack are entitled to our Evaluation Support which includes:

  • Free submission of any problem or feature request using the form from our website.
  • Free email contact with our support team.
  • Free updates which can be automatically installed from ProjectTrack or downloaded from our website.
  • All requests are answered within 48 hours.

Premium Maintenance

With Premium Maintenance you will receive a good-for-life license of ProjectTrack and updates, error fixes and enhancements for the duration of your maintenance contract. They also receive High Priority Email Support for the duration of your contract.

All requests are answered within 8 hours.

Any new versions released during the duration of your contract are free.

You have the option to buy up to three years of Premium Maintenance. Additionally we offer Perpetual Maintenance, giving you a good-for-life maintenance contract with us.

Other Benefits for Registered Users

Registered users will also have access to early product betas with an opportunity to influence the development and to query the desired features.
